2012 General Assembly convened in Powerstar

        Powerstar`s 2012 annual work summary and 2013 annual work plan was convened on January 28, 2013. The convention was focused on the early arrangement and deployment of 2013 on the basis of the work in 2012, and commended the excellent employees. This is not only a conference of focusing minds and clarifying thinking, but also a mobilization meeting for the development of the company. The Chairman attended the meeting along with all the stuff and delivered a speech.

        As was pointed out in the meeting, we have made many hard-won achievements in 2012. The chairman said, these achievements were not only inseparable from the customer's trust and support, but also inseparable from the hard work by employees, especially those who would sacrificed holidays for work and would be bold to make sacrifice and going to work in critical moment, putting the customer's interests at heart which proved good working attitude and spirit of Powerstar members. “You are the pride of Powerstar. The company will be better because of your hard work and painstaking efforts.Here, I represent the company to extend my heartfelt thanks to you! Thank you for your dedication and courage! Thank you for your work with practical attitudes and for your willingness to sacrifice!

        It is stressed in the meeting that to realize new development this year, the task is very formidable. Therefore, we have to shoulder great responsibility, we should never be complacent and lazy and must redouble our efforts to work towards the strategic goal by taking bigger steps. The chairman of the company analyzed the problems and shortcomings at this stage and carried out the arrangements for the next year.The focus in 2013would be as follows: 1.promote enterprise management; 2.actively explore the market; 3.ensure the project quality; 4.strengthen customer after-sale service; 5. normalize company behavior; 6.improve the financial system; 7.enable ERP system;8.standardize purchasing process;9.provide product quality;10.upgrade technology;11.innovate planning;12. Ensure network security;13.introduce talents,;14.cultivate enterprise culture; 15.optimize the warehouse logistics; 16.secure logistical support. The chairman presented specific requirements to separate departments and members from different departments replied actively and expressed their own opinions. The meeting went on in a happy and harmonious atmosphere where participants spoke actively one after another about work in 2012 annual work summary and 2013 annual work plan and expressed a firm resolve to achieve more outstanding results in the new year.

        It was required in the conference that all staff unify their thinking and understanding to the company's requirements, seize the opportunity, be pragmatic, pioneering and innovative to work in unison for the set goals and tasks ahead with an attitude of down-to-earth.
